The whole process, including parts processing, precision assembly, systematic testing, comprehensive inspection and standardized packaging, complies with strict operational specifications. Every assembled machine undergoes 100% full-performance testing (idle and high-speed) to ensure key indicators such as power and speed meet design requirements. We conduct thorough checks on all accessories to avoid missing, damaged or mismatched parts, enabling normal use upon receipt. In packaging, we strictly control consistency and completeness with appropriate materials to prevent transportation damage. Additionally, long-term operation stability tests are carried out to verify the machinery’s reliability, durability and safety, ensuring consistent quality and excellent performance of all products leaving our factory.
